Accessible Gospel Service Policy

1.     Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to fulfill the requirements set out in Ontario Regulation 191/11 calling for a policy governing the provision of services to persons with disabilities.

2.     Policy

In fulfilling our God established mission to take the Gospel into all the world, the Diocese constantly endeavours to provide access to worship, prayer, teaching, studies, and resources (Gospel services) in ways that respect the dignity and independence of all people. We are committed to giving all people the same opportunity and access to hear and receive God’s Word, and to benefit from Gospel services in the same space, and congregation, by similar means without discrimination or prejudice.

3.     Providing Gospel services to all God’s people.

The Diocese is committed to Loving God and Loving each of His beloved people and serving all people in Love. God desires that the Church bring His Word to all people so that the world will come to know and Love Him. We desire that nothing impairs this God-established commission.
