First ANiC Synod, 13-15 November 2008

On 13-15 November 2008, the Anglican Network in Canada marked its first birthday as a Church with its inaugural synod in Burlington, Ontario. The event balanced worship, teaching from the Word of God, community-building and business. All 23 parishes gave brief presentations about their ministries, key motions and an interim constitution received approval and the groundwork was lay for significant additional work in the areas of canons, theological statements and structural development.
